01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak99 ("we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the ak99 website, mobile application, games, betting markets, and all related services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ak99, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or promotion-specific terms published on the ak99 platform, all of which are incorporated by reference.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the more specific document will take precedence for that particular matter. For all other matters, these Terms govern.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ak99, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ak99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be voided.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one ak99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak99 will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ak99 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ak99 will treat any activity carried out under your account as having been authorised by you. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ak99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most widely used by Bangladesh players. All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable processing fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your ak99 account within minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. For verified accounts, most standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within five minutes. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional review may take longer. ak99 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: as stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: as stated on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• ak99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

ak99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if identity verification is incomplete, or if the account is under investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ak99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are binding and take precedence over general bonus guidance.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all ak99 offers:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from it.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• ak99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where the promotion has been misrepresented.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are later voided or cancelled will not count toward wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ak99 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a dispute, the rules of the specific game or market will be applied first, with these Terms governing any matters not covered by those rules.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the ak99 system. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference should be treated as unplaced.
• ak99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or payout being displayed, ak99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• ak99 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For live casino games powered by Playtech, the rules of each specific table apply. Disconnections during a live game hand will be handled in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ak99 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ak99 platform. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using ak99 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ak99 platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ak99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ak99 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that appears to violate these prohibitions. Where a violation is confirmed, ak99 will act without prior notice and is not obligated to return funds held in suspended accounts pending investigation.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ak99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ak99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any ak99 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ak99 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ak99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. ak99 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms limits ak99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

ak99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, ak99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ak99 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
